From April 12, 2024, iTS Servis will implement a significant change in how it provides remote technical support to its customers.In an effort to optimize resources and improve service quality, we will be transitioning from the AnyDesk platform to UltraViewer

    Unfortunately, all existing AnyDesk users will not be automatically notified of the upcoming change and are required to handle the migration themselves or with the assistance of a technician.
